The firm 'Tenbensel Accounting & Business Solutions' was started by Robert Tenbensel in July 1998 . At this date Robert left Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu in Hobart and set up his own practice with 2 employees. Since then, the practice has grown considerably.

In July 2004 Trevor Dee became a partner in the firm. At this time, the firm also changed its name to recognise Trevor's position in the practice: we became 'Tenbensel & Dee'.

Operating from the same location we now employ 11 people (including 5 part timers) plus 2 partners.
